    Take this seriously!

    At the end of King David's life, he was encouraging his son Solomon before he became king. “And Solomon, my son, learn to know the God of your ancestors intimately. Worship and serve him with your whole heart and a willing mind. For the Lord sees every heart and knows every plan and thought. If you seek him, you will find him. But if you forsake him, he will reject you forever. So take this seriously.” 1 Chronicles 28:9-10 (NLT)

    That's pretty cool, eh? Know God intimately!

    So true Pastor, I look back on my life and had times where I took God and His Word lightly; living without a great deal of blessings. When I got serious about the things of God, knowing Him and His mind, that all changed.
